Probably you have a special day, maybe in memory of your wedding, or your University Graduation, or... My special memory was my wedding, 65 years ago. 

But do you know that God offers you, in fact everyone, a special day that will actually benefit you. When I discovered this I was thrilled.  See what it does for you.

I looked in the Bible to find this special offer--it's here in the very beginning of the Bible :"Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. [Creation of this planet]  And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day [ceased creating]... And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it ; ..." Genesis 2:1-3. After creating this world, God sanctified [set apart for a holy purpose] the seventh day, and made it a blessing for us.

Now, what is this special day for? I found the answer in the very last book of the Bible. Look at this :"And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven , having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth...Saying with a loud voice, Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment is come; and worship Him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. Revelation 14:6&7.

Let's add another message from God :"Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work. But the seventh day is the sabbath [rest day] of the Lord thy God, in it thou shalt not do any work...For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day."                         

So putting  together what God says,I discovered that : After creation, God set apart THE SEVENTH DAY, for holy purpose adding a blessing for me, especially to WORSHIP GOD; and I could be benefitted with His blessing.  Also God arranges that I could have both rest and freedom from everyday problems and stresses-- to relate to my God as a blessing.

This is for everyone who decides to accept God's offer of having a different special day. Maybe you also noticed that God's Holy Day to worship Him is significantly in memory of God's creation of this planet.  Now you may realise the reason I was so thrilled to find God's special day.
